If Spring could be distilled into a colour, this is what I imagine it would look like! Imagine the delicate colour of new shoots and buds, delicate new growth with a slight bronze tint. A few years ago, I read about a perfume that I instantly fell in love with, without even ever having put a nose to it. It was a perfume by Jean Claude Ellena - with notes of floral and vegetable, soil and moss. I finally laid my hand on some; and it instantly transports me to this colour - a warm, chartreuse-y, delicate 'green'.
