Harvest is one of my oldest colourways - and it was great to revisit this colourway again. It is inspired by the seasons - particularly the late summer season in the Western Cape. In our breadbasket agricultural areas the fields lie fallow until the end of autumn, when they are prepared and readied for the winter wheat growing season.
Harvest mimics the landscape - imagine the dried out husks of old wheatstalks against the hazy mountains in the background whilst the autumn stormclouds are about to start rolling in. It combines shades of pale silver with pale teal, gold, and a hint of rose with darker speckles.
It is possible to build an epic fade set referencing Harvest-time using the following colours: Ingot/Lamassu; Driftwood; Dutch Still Life, Harvest, Vestige, Mariana and/or Current.
